TravelThumb is a free website for posting and viewing
unbiased consumer travel information and opinions posted by
TravelThumb users. TravelThumb is an opportunity to share and
view information and opinions from real travel experiences.
TravelThumb is for the posting and viewing of real,
unbiased consumer travel-related ratings, reviews and photos.
Owners, managers, promoters, or providers of travel / travel
destinations / hotels / accommodations / travel transportation
or others with a financial interest in the subject to be rated
are prohibited from posting ratings or reviews. Financially
biased postings are prohibited. Also, since TravelThumb is for
the posting of real travel experiences, TravelThumb prohibits,
“fake”, “made-up”, and/or fictitious ratings/ reviews / photos
from being posted on TravelThumb. The purpose of this Site is to
enable unbiased consumers to post ratings / reviews / photos of
their real travel experiences, so that others who are looking
for travel information can view that information. It is a
violation of this Site’s policies for anyone to post any rating
/ review / photo which does not comply with the stated intent
and purpose of this Site.
Do not post any profane, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd,
suggestive, harassing, threatening, privacy-invading, abusive,
inflammatory, fraudulent, unlawful, libelous, defamatory or
otherwise objectionable words, information or photographs on the
Site. Do not use profanity of any kind in your postings, and do
not upload photos which are in any possible manner obscene or
otherwise inappropriate for viewing by children.

Ratings & Reviews: This Site contains rating / review
forms, postings and other interactive / dynamic data in which
you or third parties may post and view travel-related ratings
and/or reviews of travel information, travel destinations,
transportation providers, travel experiences and / or other
content ("Dynamic Use Spaces"). You are solely responsible for
your use of these Dynamic Use Spaces and you use them at your
own risk. By using any Dynamic Use Spaces, you expressly agree
not to post, upload to, transmit, distribute, store, create or
otherwise publish through the Site any of the following:
a. Any message, data, information, text, music, sound,
photos, graphics, video, code or other material ("Content") that
is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic,

h. Viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive

i. Content that is unrelated to the topic of the Dynamic
Use Spaces (s) in which such Content is posted; or
j. Content that, in the sole judgment of TravelThumb,
is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person
from using or enjoying the Dynamic Use Spaces or the Site, or
which may expose TravelThumb or its affiliates or its
users to any harm or liability of any type.
TravelThumb takes no responsibility and assumes no
liability for any Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or
any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is
TravelThumb liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander,
libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or
profanity you may encounter or experience. As a provider of
interactive services, TravelThumb is not liable for any
statements, representations or Content provided by its users in
any rating, review, photograph, opinion, or any aspect of any of
the Dynamic Use Spaces. Although TravelThumb has no
obligation to screen, edit or monitor any of the Content posted

UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO TRAVELTHUMB'S RECORDS, PROGRAMS OR
SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF TRAVELTHUMB,
WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE,
WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT
LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE
OF THE SITE EXCEED ANY COMPENSATION YOU PAY, IF ANY, TO
TRAVELTHUMB FOR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE. Since
TravelThumb is a free site to use, there shall be no
liability whatsoever, as you pay nothing to use the Site.

the Site elsewhere, the Site is accessible in all 50 states of
the United States and in other countries. You and TravelThumb
both benefit from establishing a predictable legal environment
in regard to the Site. Therefore, you and TravelThumb
explicitly agree that all disputes, claims or other matters
arising from or relating to your use of the Site will be
governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to
its conflicts of law principles. You agree that all claims you
may have against TravelCorp LLC arising from or relating to the
Site will be heard and resolved in a court of competent subject
matter jurisdiction located in Seminole County, Florida. You
consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts over you,
stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceeding in such
courts, and covenant not to assert any objection to proceeding
in such courts. If you choose to access the Site from locations
other than Seminole County, Florida., you will be responsible
for compliance with all local laws of such other jurisdiction.
